Why Pray when there is No Answer?

Should I keep praying even if there is no answer? Why pray when there is no answer? Why does God keep saying no to my prayers? Is there any point to praying? Jesus told a parable about an unjust judge and a persistent widow to answer these very questions that arise in connection with prayer.

Does God really answer prayer? Yes He does! If you have ever wondered how to pray prayers that move God, you're not alone! Endurance in prayer is a key component illustrated by the parable of the unrighteous judge. The exercise of faith in the face of delay reveals our trust in God. Delay can be frustrating. But it's not so much that you must have faith in your prayers - in and of themselves - as it is about having faith in the heart of the God we address the prayers to. As you come to understand that God is not ignoring you or denying you arbitrarily, your confidence will grow and you will learn how to pray like you mean it!

What if the real reason for prayer is more than obtaining our checklist desires? What if the real reason for prayer is, in fact, to draw us into a heartfelt, relational conversation with God? In other words, what if prayer is more about friendship with God than it is about getting 'things' from God?

Do you want answers to prayer? Join Adrian Webster as he explores the secret behind how to pray powerful prayers that get results by unpacking how to interpret the parable of the unjust judge.
