You can Make an Eternal Impact

This world is a mess! Some people ask how God can be good when so many people suffer. But what if God has appointed us as managers or stewards of His blessings? What if we are supposed to be His proxies for alleviating suffering? If we choose to mismanage God's blessings, others will suffer. This has nothing to do with God's character and everything to do with our characters. Jesus said that you can only have one master. If we choose to live for ourselves, we will use His blessings to benefit ourselves over others and at the expense of others. This is true of all types of blessings: financial, spiritual, relational etc. When it comes to learning how to focus on spiritual growth, the first step is to begin looking away from self: Upwards toward God and outwards toward other people.

We are called to live single-minded for the Kingdom of heaven! Spiritual multitasking will lead to divided loyalties with real-world effects such as personal complacency and perpetuating the suffering of others through our selfish mismanagement of resources God puts at our disposal. The loyalty of our heart is revealed in how we manage the resources that we control. God has given us spiritual stewardship to bless others. God gives blessings to share with others! Don't use divine blessings for selfish purposes. Whom will you serve? Are you living for me myself and I? Or are you living for Father, Son and Holy Spirit? We are stewards of God's blessings!
